Description

Number 37, including outhouse, is a house that dates from the 17th century or earlier, located to the rear of Number 35 in Lemsford Village. It is a single-storey structure featuring two gabled dormers. The building is constructed of red brick and has a steeply pitched old tile roof with a large chimney stack on the southeast side, which is enclosed by a modern single-storey extension. The ground floor windows are segmental leaded. An outhouse, which has weatherboarding and a pantile roof, is attached to the extension on the southeast side.
