Description
Bridge House is a late 18th-century brick house located on the south-east side of Lemsford Village, near Hatfield. It is a double-pile house built of red brick with a plain tile roof, featuring front gable-end chimney stacks and parapets. The house has two storeys and four recessed sash windows with glazing bars. A modern parapet now tops the façade. The front door, situated to the left of centre, has six flush panels, an semicircular fanlight with crossed glazing bars, a flush panel surround incorporating pilasters, fluted consoles, and a flat hood. A later outshut has been added to the northwest side of the building.
