Description
No. 105 on St Peter's Street is a building from the mid to late 19th century, featuring two storeys and seven irregularly placed windows in a Gothic style. The exterior is finished in stucco, topped with a low-pitched slate roof that is concealed behind a cornice and a parapet, which is battlemented over the left-hand, three-bay section. This central bay projects slightly and includes a Tudor arched window on the first floor, along with a projecting porch that has Tudor arched openings on the front and sides, and a battlemented parapet above. There are string courses at the first floor cills and at first floor level, as well as a substantial plinth.
The right-hand section features a large canted bay with three left-hand windows set into its three sides, supported by half-octagonal, stepped buttresses. There is also one first-floor window located above a door on the right. All windows are designed as two-light with mullions, featuring Tudor arches for the lights and coved hood-moulds above. The doors also have Tudor arches.
