Description

The Dell is a house, originally part of a semi-detached pair, dating from the 18th century. It features a timber frame with a painted brick base and is clad in black weatherboarding. The roof is covered with plain tiles and has an original central ridge stack. The building has two storeys and includes four wood casement windows, with the two in the center fitted with louvred shutters. There is a plank door at the left end and a corresponding opening at the right end that contains a 19th-century casement window. Inside, the house has chamfered floor beams.
