Description
Lodge Farm House is a farmhouse that dates from the 16th and 17th centuries, with a refacing that occurred in the late 19th century. The building features whitewashed plaster walls and a machine tile roof, and it stands two storeys tall. At the rear, there is a smaller four-window range that likely originates from the 16th century. The ground floor is made of plastered brick, and the house has three eaves gables that display imitation half timbering. In the center of the range, there is an inglenook with a renewed ridge stack. The larger front cross wing appears to be from the 17th century and includes two ground floor canted sash bow windows and three first floor sash windows. Additionally, there is one window from a 20th-century extension on the left.
