Description

A semi-detached pair of houses located on Park Lane, Knebworth, built in 1903 by Sir Edwin Lutyens for the Earl of Lytton. The houses are arranged in an “M” shape. They are two storeys high and feature two weatherboarded gable ends, with the remainder of the facades constructed from red brick. The roofs are steeply pitched and covered with plain tiles, with a central chimney stack built of red brick. The windows are timber casements with three panes of glazing bar glass. The eaves are tiled.
