Description

25 Hitchin Street is a building from the first half of the 17th century that has been altered. The ground floor is made of colour washed brick and features two canted bay windows with glazing bars. Above, the first floor is plastered and whitewashed, with two Yorkshire casements. The roof is hipped and tiled, and there are steps leading up to a half-glazed door. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 1, 1B, 3, 5, 7, 17, 19, 23, 31 (odd), 31A, 33, 33A, 35, and 43 to 57 (odd).
