Description

The North Barn at Kimpton Hall Farm is a 17th-century barn constructed with a timber frame and weatherboarding, featuring a red brick base and some 18th-century chequered brick infill. It has a plain tile roof and two gabled porches on the south side, which have jettied gables. The barn consists of six bays, with clasped upper purlins and angled struts supporting the lower purlins. There are later lean-to additions and a small 18th-century extension on the west side.
