Early C19 stucco faced house with hipped Welsh slated roof behind parapet and cornice. 2 storeys, 1st floor band. 3 windows, sashes with glazing bars; 2 dummy windows. 6 panelled door, 2 panels flush, in reeded surround. Cast iron porch with slightly concave hipped roof.

Monterrat and Saint Elmo and Nos 5 to 8 (consec) Hitchen Hill Path form a group.
