Description
The balustraded walls to ornamental water, located about 65 meters southwest of Cokenach House, date from the 18th century and are constructed of ashlar. These walls serve to screen the ornamental water at the bottom of the garden of Cokenach House. The design features central steps leading down to the water, flanked by low piers topped with ball finials, which are part of short lengths of low walls that each have two balustraded panels. The ends of the walls are supported by scrolled buttresses. This structure is included for its group value with Cokenach House.
