Description

This barn, located about 15 meters south of The Old Granary, dates from the 17th century or early 18th century. It features a timber frame set on a brick base, with weatherboarding and rendering. The roof is steeply pitched and covered with pantiles. The barn consists of three bays and has large doors facing the house, along with upper level rendering. Inside, there are jowled posts, cambered tie beams, collars clasping purlins, and passing tension braces. Additionally, there is an original window frame towards the road that includes diamond mullions. The barn is included for its group value.
