Late C19, (c1880 as grooms cottage)symmetrical front of bracketed, tile-roof, door hood flanked by tiled Ground floor oriels. 1st floor 3- and 4-light casements with glazing bars. Rest of range is a C18 conversion to Stables (with 3 loose boxes tack room and 2 Coach houses) of C16 barn with red brick ground floor on E side and wooden floor band. Exposed timber frame on S gable. Single storey cowshed on S is weatherboarded on E with double doors and venting for animals beneath eaves.
