Description

The garden seat located about 50 meters southeast of Queen Hoo Hall is likely from the early 18th century. It is made of ashlar stone and features a timber seat. The bench is large and curved with a high back. The ends of the seat are adorned with carved scrolled and foliate lion's paws. This structure is included for its group value with Queen Hoo Hall.
