House, now with ground floor shop. C17, with C18 refronting and C20 alterations. Timber-framed and stuccoed, with applied painted woodblocks to simulate rusticated masonry on ground floor. Old tile roof. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and attics. First floor has single C19 flush-set sash window, with divided glazing and moulded architrave frame. Ground floor has C19 closed plate glazed shop window, with cast-iron pierced ventilator panel above, moulded jambs and reeded sill. Half glazed door to right, with lower panel fielded and raised, with bolection surround. Coved wood cornice across facade above shop window, with C20 fascia board above. Single box casement dormer to roof. INTERIOR: of ground floor opened out and most structure concealed; upper floors not inspected. Large 1970s flat-roofed extensions at rear facing service yard to Bircherley Green shopping centre are not of special interest.
