Jepps Farmhouse

Jepps Farmhouse is an early 19th-century farmhouse with two rear extensions, the first from the mid-19th century and the second from the late 19th century. The building features stuccoed brickwork that is lined to resemble ashlar, while the second extension is made of yellow stock brick. It has a hipped slate roof and hipped lean-to roofs on the successive rear extensions.

The house is small and two-storeys high, facing north, with a rear-wall chimney serving a single main room. The entrance is located to the right of the two-window wide front. The windows are recessed sash windows with eight over eight panes, featuring Gothic tracery in the heads of the upper panes. The front door is a four-panel, flush-bead, half-glazed door situated under a gabled trellis porch. There is a similar sash window on each floor of the east end. The first extension, which is lower and two-storeys, has a triple sash window on each floor on the east side. The yellow brick single-storey second extension includes a recessed eight over eight sash window beneath a flat gauged arch. The farmhouse is included for its group value.
