House now house and shop. Mid C18, altered C19 and C20. Red brick, front now covered with stucco and colourwashed. Steeply pitched roof now Welsh slated, above wooden modillion cornice, with red brick chimneystacks left and right. Central staircase plan. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. First floor has 3 recessed 16-pane sash windows, with concealed boxes, beneath shallow segmental arches. Plat band at first-floor level. Ground floor has single sash window at right, central recessed C19 door with 4-panels, with margin-glazed fanlight above. C20 multi-pane shop window at left with fascia board above. At rear is 2-storey yellow brick outshoot with Welsh slated roof. INTERIOR: not inspected.
