Description
The granary at Westfield, dated 1830 as indicated by the carving on the northeast corner pier, is a single-storey structure. It is timber-framed and weatherboarded, facing east, with a hipped tiled roof. The granary is raised on three rows of four red brick piers that have oversailing stone caps. The depth of the floor structure is plastered on the outside. There is a central door on the east side, with a small window to the left of the door. Additionally, there is a small shuttered opening centrally located in the west wall and a row of pigeonholes with a perch on the north side. This building is part of a group with Westfield.
