Description

The Old Windmill is a 19th-century structure, dated 1826 as indicated by a plaque above the door that reads 'Erected by W M Halden 1826'. It features an octagonal base made of red brick, topped with a timber smock that is covered in corrugated iron. This smock supports a water tank. The interior has been stripped of all fittings, but the vertical softwood panelling remains intact on the first and second floors.
