Description

The property is a barn, later converted into a house, dating from the 17th century. It was altered in the late 18th century and extended to the north and east. The original barn was timber framed, plastered, and has a weatherboard apron and a steep thatched roof. The north extension has a red pantile roof. The house, facing west, has a 2-cell plan with an end chimney, and a further 2 cells extend north of the chimney for service rooms. A single-storey gabled extension is located at the south end of the east side. The roofs step down to the north. There are two windows, a door between them, and a window in each of the two northern parts. The windows are 2-light, small-pane, flush casements, and the door is half-glazed.
