Description

The North East Barn at Home Farm, located 30 metres east of the house, is a barn from the first half of the 19th century. It is a large, largely unaltered structure with five bays, built with a timber frame and covered in weatherboarding, facing south. The barn features a pitched slate roof with gabled ends and has double doors centrally located on its long side. Inside, there are quadrant braces supporting the tie beams, and it has a king post wide span roof construction. This barn is part of a varied group of buildings at Home Farm.
