Description

This is a barn located 20 metres north of the house at Stonards, dating from the 17th century or earlier. It features a large timber frame that is weatherboarded, with a projecting gabled porch in the centre of the east side, which has double doors. The barn has a steep gabled roof and is supported by a timber frame on a low brick sill. The gable end suggests that it is likely aisled. This barn is part of a charming group of farm buildings at Stonards.
