House, now shop with offices above, C19 with C20 shopfront and alterations. Timber-framed and stuccoed, Welsh slated roof with bracketed eaves cornice. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, carriageway to rear yard at right. First floor has 4 flush-set plate-glazed sash windows, with rusticated quoin surrounds, and quoins at ends of facade. Ground floor has C20 shopfront, with vestige of late C19 fascia and moulded console at left. At rear timber-framed and weatherboarded outshoot surrounded by C20 single storey outbuildings. INTERIOR: not inspected. Forms a significant grouping with Nos 22 & 24 (qv).
