Description

The former Bourne End Mill at Watermill Motel is an early 19th-century building located on the north side of London Road in Bourne End. It stands on the site of a mill that dates back to 1289. The structure is made of red brick and features a mansard roof that is slated, with coped gable ends. It has two storeys, with a central block that is three storeys high and has a gabled and weatherboarded design. The building includes seven casement windows with glazing bars, all set under cambered arches. There are extensive modern additions towards the road.
