Description
Numbers 6 and 8 are late 18th-century buildings featuring ashlar stonework and a Welsh slated roof behind a parapet. They stand three storeys tall and have a cornice moulding. The front facade includes three sash windows with glazing bars set within reveals. The central first-floor window is adorned with an apron, architrave surround, frieze, and cornice. On the ground floor, there are wide reeded window architrave surrounds, friezes, and cornices, with three lights. The central doorway has a modern glazed door, which replaced a former six-panel door, and features a traceried fanlight in a panelled reveal. The doorway is framed by half columns with fluted capitals, topped with an entablature that includes a dentil and moulded cornice. Additionally, there are 18th-century wrought iron front railings close to the house. Numbers 4 to 14 (even) form a group with these buildings.
