Description

The Brick Bottle Kiln and Puddling Wheel, located on the north side of Station Road in Hoddesdon, is likely from the mid-19th century. The kiln is constructed of yellow stock brick and features iron bands, although it has undergone some repairs. The puddling wheel is designed for animal power and consists of two wheels and a circular base made of concrete with pebbles. It also includes a wooden post, yoke, and beams.
