Description

The Parish Hall was built in 1887 by architect W. E. Nesfield. It is a red brick building with a plastered block at the south end featuring pargetted panels. The south front has four gables of varying sizes and the building is two storeys high. The upper storey and gables are decorated with raised plaster panels, and an ornamental frieze runs along the front at eaves level. Most windows are casements with wooden mullions. On the east side, there is a large two-storey gabled square bay window with mullions and transoms, along with an entrance porch that has a lean-to roof. The roofs are tiled and there are three large square internal chimney stacks.
