Description

This is a range of three almshouses built in 1887, designed by the architect W. E. Nesfield. The buildings are single-story and have plastered walls with decorative pargetted panels, set upon a red brick base. The windows are casements with leaded lights and wood mullions and transoms. Three gabled porches project from the front of the buildings. The roofs are tiled, with four chimney stacks, each featuring two square shafts set diagonally on a square base.
