Description

This is a late 17th-century barn located 50 metres east-south-east of Wolseys Farmhouse. The barn is timber-framed and clad in black weatherboard. It has a gabled roof covered in peg tiles. The structure comprises five bays, featuring a central gabled midstrey on the east side. Key structural elements include jowled posts, straight bracing, and a framed side purlin roof with high-mounted collars, incorporating halved bladed scarf joints. An open implement shed with an asbestos slate roof is attached to the east side, and a red brick yard wall also stands nearby.
