Description

The Watch House is a 17th-century house located on Watch House Road in Stebbing. It features a timber-framed and plastered structure with a left return that is weatherboarded and has a half-hipped red plain tiled roof, along with a lean-to on the left side. The house has a four-window range of small-paned, three-light casements. There is an enclosed tiled gabled porch that includes a plank and muntin door. The building is also notable for its three red brick chimney stacks.
