No. 52 Silver Street is an early to mid-19th century plastered house located in Stansted Mountfitchet. The building has two storeys and features a gabled wing that projects to the east at the north end. It has a two-window range with double-hung sash windows that include glazing bars. On the ground storey of the gabled wing, there is a 19th-century shop front. The roofs are covered with slate.
