Description

Rails Farmhouse is a house that dates back to the 16th century or earlier. It is timber framed and plastered, topped with a red plain tile roof. The building has two storeys and features a gabled cross-wing at the east end. The front has a range of two windows above and one window below, all of which are double hung vertical sliding sashes. There is also a gabled wing at the rear. The exterior includes modern pargetted plasterwork.
