Description

Rutlands is a house dating from the 17th century, with alterations and brick cladding added in the 18th century to the front, left side, and right side. The rear has a plastered outshot. The house is two storeys high with a hipped roof covered in red tiles. It has several 20th-century casement windows. Several 18th- and 17th-century doors remain, some with original hinges. Parts of the original timber frame are visible inside. A plain cast iron pump from the 19th century is located at the rear of the house.
