Description

Cromwells is a 17th-century cottage with later alterations and extensions, including a modern addition to the rear. The building is one storey and has an attic, topped by a hipped thatched roof with three gabled dormers. It is timber-framed and plastered, showcasing original mullion windows with diamond leaded casements, and pargetting to the dormers. There are five windows across the front. Curved thatched bays are present, with brick bases and 20th-century doors at the centre and to the right, with an extended roof hip. A renewed brick chimney stack is attached, located diagonally and off-centre to the right.
