Description

Near Mount is a late 17th century house that was divided into two almshouses in 1901. The building is timber-framed, with the lower walls covered in weatherboarding and the upper walls finished with tile-hanging. It has a tiled roof and consists of three bays, featuring a single storey with attics. There are external chimney stacks at the gables and three gabled dormer windows along the eaves line.
