The building is a granary with a small attached byre, located 40 meters west of Oddyns in Little Canfield. It dates from the late 16th century and features a timber frame that is plastered, with a weatherboarded dado and a thatched hipped roof. The structure includes jowled posts, arch-braced tie beams, and a lodged side purlin roof.
