Description

This is a wall located on the north side of the churchyard of St Mary's Church in Saffron Walden, built around 1800. It is made of red brick and measures approximately 17 meters long and 1.7 meters high. The wall is constructed in Flemish bond and has no coping. Along the south face of the churchyard, there are several reset tombstones, most of which are now illegible. The wall is situated about 17.5 meters northwest of St Mary's Church.
