Gill Mill and Nos 1 and 2 Gill Mill Cottages is a 17th to 18th century timber-framed and plastered building, featuring a modern addition at the north-east end. The older wing consists of one storey and attics, with small casement windows. The modern addition is two storeys on the north-east front. The roofs are thatched, and there are two central chimney stacks on the older wing.
