Description

Monks Cottage is a 17th century timber-framed and plastered building, featuring some weather-boarding and a later extension at the west end. It is one storey high with attics and has small 20th century casement windows. The roofs of both the original part and the addition are thatched. The older section includes a central square chimney stack. At the time of the survey, the building was undergoing renovation.
