Description

Mill House is a timber-framed and plastered house located on the east side of High Street in Great Sampford. It features external elements from the 18th and 19th centuries, but the original frame likely dates back to the 17th century. The building is positioned at a right angle to the road, with a gabled end facing the street. It has two storeys, and the windows are primarily double-hung sashes with vertical glazing bars. On the ground floor of the west end, there is a small canted bay. The roof is tiled and includes a central rectangular chimney stack.
