Description

Burleys is an 18th- to 19th-century timber-framed and plastered building situated on the north side of the Finchingfield Road in Great Sampford. It is a one-storey and attic building with a three-window front, featuring casement windows with glazing bars. A date of 1824 is recorded above the doorway. The roof is thatched with two dormers and a central chimney stack. A one-storey extension with a two-window range and a slate roof is present at the west end.
