Description

This is a 17th century or earlier barn located 60 meters northwest of Rails Farm on Watling Lane in Thaxted. It is timber framed and weatherboarded, featuring a corrugated iron roof. The barn is six bays long and has a gabled wing at the rear, with part of the west side rendered.
