Description

Church Lodge is a lodge house dating from the 17th century, constructed with a timber frame and plastered exterior. It has a red plain tile roof and consists of one storey with attics. A 19th-century verandah features timber posts and trellis arches. The building has two prominent gables adorned with ornate bargeboards and finials, along with three-light leaded casements. There are also some 17th-century casements on the ground floor. A central diagonal red brick chimney stack adds to its character.
