Description
Former almshouses built in 1895 by Frances, Countess of Warwick. The building features a combination of rendered brick and timber frame, topped with a red plain tile roof. It is two storeys high, with an additional storey and attics. The central two-storey section has a gabled front, flanked by two gabled units on the east and west sides. There is an original front verandah supported by posts with brackets and pierced spandrels. The facade includes a six-window range with casements that have diagonal glazing bars, along with a central porch. Decorative elements include pierced bargeboards and ridge tiles, as well as two first-floor oriel windows supported by brackets.
