Description

Holly Tree Cottage is an early 18th-century cottage that features a timber frame and plastered exterior, topped with a red tiled roof. The building has external chimney stacks on both the right and left sides, as well as an off-centre chimney stack on the right. It is one storey high with attics, and includes a three-light flat-headed dormer. There are two two-light casement windows and a small fixed window. To the right, there is a 20th-century part-glazed gabled porch. Inside, the cottage has heavy exposed chamfered ceiling beams and joists.
