Description

Dovehouse Farmhouse is a house that dates from the 18th century or earlier, with later alterations and additions. It is constructed with a timber frame, plastered and painted brick, and features red plain tiled double range roofs. The building has two off-centre left red brick chimney stacks and consists of several sections that include 18th and 19th-century features. The farmhouse is two storeys high and has a three-window range of small paned vertically sliding sashes. The entrance is off-centre left and consists of a four-panelled door with a frieze and a flat canopy supported by brackets. The dovecote that was formerly listed as Grade II has been demolished.
