Description

Swan Fountain is an 18th-century fountain located in Fountain Square on the north side of Mistley High Street. It was created for Richard Rigby and features a large oval cement basin with a moulded base, sides, and rim. At the center, there is a life-size stone swan fountain. To the north, there is a brick wall that includes a smaller, semi-elliptical horse trough beneath a central arch, which is similarly moulded.
