Description

This is an 18th-century house, potentially incorporating earlier fabric. It has a timber frame with a plastered brick front and a red plain tiled roof. The building is two storeys high, with attics and cellars, and has five windows across the front. These windows are small-paned vertically sliding sashes with moulded surrounds. There are basement openings with grills on either side. The central doorway has a moulded surround, capitals and bases to half columns, a moulded frieze, and a flat canopy. Red brick chimney stacks are located on the left ridge and rear right of the building. A parapet band runs beneath the roofline.
