Description

Raggs is a cottage built around 1736, with later alterations and additions. It features a timber frame that is plastered, with some batten decoration and exposed framing. On the left side, there is a red brick pilaster. The roof is covered with red plain tiles and has red brick chimney stacks at the left end and off-center to the right. The cottage has one storey and attics, with three gabled dormers and a three-window range of vari-light casements. There is a 20th-century gabled enclosed porch with a red tiled roof and a vertically boarded door.
