Description

The Old Bottle and Glass is a cottage dating to the 17th and 18th centuries, with a datestone of 1737. It is timber-framed and rendered with a red plain tiled roof which overhangs at the rear. A central chimney stack is plastered and projects from the roof. The cottage has two storeys and attics, with three gabled dormers. There are three small windows with multiple panes. Twentieth-century doors have been inserted on the right and left sides. Above the central window is a rectangular niche containing a plaster relief depicting a bottle and glass, and bearing the date 1737.
