Description

Regent House is a house dating from the early 19th century, located on the south side of Regent Street in Manningtree. It is constructed of red brick and features a grey slate roof with a rear chimney stack. The building has two storeys and a three-window range of small-paned vertically sliding sash windows, which are topped with gauged brick arches. The central entrance consists of a panelled door with reveal panels and a moulded surround, along with a frieze and a flat canopy above, approached by steps.
